You can actually see the point in this strip where the pen I was using to do the text broke. I didn't have another one so I just had to plough on regardless. Such courage! Colour coming later, will do proper updates soon, blah blah blah.

I'm not sure I'm going to keep updating my comic here any more - this blog is a bit pointless really, since it's only used for posting the strips (which are already hosted elsewhere) these days, but I'd be interested to know how many people actually read it here... if you do read the comic via this website please leave a comment below. Gosh, it's been a while since I updated hasn't it? I shan't go into my usual paroxysms of apology though - I've come to the conclusion that that only really serves to make me feel bad, and nobody (save possibly the nefarious Zombie Winston Churchill) wants that. Anyway, I was far too busy having 'larfs' at the lovely Bestival on the Isle of Wight this weekend to worry about comics - you can read my report on it here, but I warn you it is decidedly scatalogical.

And if you are still hungry for more comics, the spectacular KC Green is currently providing them in abundance - 10 new bad comics every day of september! They start here and there are already 90 of them!

I didn't realise until I'd finished this comic that Beaver is doing that little pouty mouth thing in almost every panel. I like to think that is because he is an excellent kisser. Watch out ladies! And in case you're wondering why the moon is wearing goggles, this strip will explain it all. Sort of. Continuity!


I've also gone back and upgraded the previous comic to glorious technicolour if you'd like to check it out. Oh how it shines!

Events conspired against this strip ever being completed, but I soldiered on despite burned fingers, persistent headaches, and some particularly spicy chicken, and managed to at least have a black and white strip for you today. I'll get it coloured as soon as I can but I am only human. Apart from my cybernetic ankle.

And in case you can't read it, the bee is saying 'gadzooks!'.

I'm not sure if Beaver getting spit on my a second tier contempt avatar really qualifies as a punchline. Perhaps I can pass this comic off as 'avant garde'?

 Hello my attractive and discerning readers! I hope you've enjoyed the last 300 episodes (if you missed the ones pictured above make sure you go back through the archives and read them - they're real classics) - there have been times when I've wanted to pack it all in along the way, and times when my weak physical body has proved inadequate for the task, but yet inexplicably here I am, still churning out the same tired old gags! Will I ever stop making jokes about Steve eating inappropriate things? Not until the heat death of the universe! Or until I get really fed up, which ever comes first.
